A single replacement certificate may be issued to the holder if they can verify their entitlement.
Detailed Description
Replacement certificates can take up to one month to process however they are normally issued within two weeks of an order being made. Post is sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery which is included in the cost of purchase.

If you have not received your original certificate or have questions regarding an order, please contact the Unihelp team before purchasing a replacement certificate.
If you have outstanding fees with the University, please contact the Student Fees and Finance team via UniHelp. A certificate will not be sent where there are outstanding charges.
