A single replacement certificate may be issued to the holder if they can verify their entitlement.


 

Detailed Description

We are currently experiencing an issue with certificate printing and are temporarily unable to produce certificates.

If you are waiting for a certificate, or place an order at this time, please be aware that there will be a delay in processing and delivery. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will provide updates where available.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Post is sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery which is included in the cost of purchase. 

If you have any queries please contact UniHelp either face-to-face on campus, via Online Chat or by completing an online form .

If you have not received your original certificate or have questions regarding an order, please contact the Unihelp team before purchasing a replacement certificate. 

If you have outstanding fees with the University, please contact the Student Fees and Finance team via UniHelp.  A certificate will not be sent where there are outstanding charges.
