If you have any queries please contact UniHelp either face-to-face on campus, or by submitting an online query by completing an online form .

If you have not received your original certificate or have questions regarding an order, please contact the Unihelp team before purchasing a replacement certificate. 

If you have outstanding fees with the University, please contact UniHelp.   A certificate will not be sent where there are outstanding charges.
