Examinations

Application for students to take their exams at an alternative venue from the campus at which they studied.

If you are not able to be on your campus for one or more of your exams; you are able to apply to sit your exam/s at another approved institution.

Applications are subject to you locating and obtaining permission from a host institution to supervise your exam.  Please note that there may be additional  fees incurred by the host institution for this service.

THE APPLICATION FORM AT THE END OF THIS PROCESS MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION AND THE PAYMENT MUST HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FOR THE APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED.  

It is your responsibility to make yourself available for examinations as advertised on the published exam timetable (University Regulation H1.7b).   

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE HOST INTSTITUTION BEING ABLE TO SUPERVISE YOUR EXAM IN SYNCHRONISATION WITH UK RUN EXAMS, where the host institution is unable to supervise your exam due to time differences your application will be rejected and NOT processed; if you have paid for any fees a refund will be requested.  

Students based at Middlesex University Campuses are able to apply to sit their exams at alternative institution as follows: British Council, Overseas Regional Offices of Middlesex University (NOT SUB OFFICES), Universities accepting Middlesex students on exchange, Universities approved by Middlesex University for franchise programmes, Overseas Campus'.  

Students are responsible for: Providing Contacts within the institution Paying the fee and paying additional costs charged by the host institution.

Students should note that overseas exam centres can take quite a while to respond so you are strongly advised to apply for an alternative venue exam as soon as possible. Do not wait until the closing date.
