FHRC FLOOD & COASTAL EROSION RISK MANAGEMENT: HANDBOOK FOR ECONOMIC APPRAISAL 2026 (Multi-coloured Handbook and Data) obtainable via Licence Agreement which requires acceptance of terms with payment prior to issue of code to access relevant data.

All Licences run from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027 irrespective of when the licence is purchased.

Licence descriptions YEAR 2026-2027

1) Corporate Licence - £2,300 + VAT at the standard rate: Total to pay £2760.00
The Corporate Licence provides full access to all MCM-Online content for multiple users (up to a maximum of 20 users) within the same organisation. This licence can be used for commercial purposes by the licence holder(s) only and must not be shared with any other individual or organisation without the explicit consent of Middlesex University Ventures LTD.  Please contact mcm@mdx.ac.uk for more details.

AVAILABILITY: non-UK customers only, could be eligible to make this purchase.

The Corporate Licence provides full access to all MCM-Online content for multiple users (up to a maximum of 20 users) within the same organisation. 2) Standard Licence - £600 + VAT at the standard rate:  Total to pay £720.00
The Standard Licence provides full access to all MCM-Online content for a single (one) user. 2A) Standard Licence - £600 (out of scope VAT:  Total to pay £600.00

 4) Local Authority/IDB (England and Wales only) Licence - £60 + VAT at the standard rate:  Total to pay £72.00

The Local Authority/Internal Drainage Board Licence (England and Wales only) provides full access to all MCM-Online content for multiple users (up to a maximum of 20 users) within the same organisation. This licence can be used internally only by the selected Local Authority/IDB users. Reference may be made publicly to the license, but not to any of the content or data. This licence or any MCM-Online content must not be shared with any third-party individual or organisation for any purpose. This Licence is only valid for use in England and Wales.  5) Local Authority/Public Organisation Licence (other) - £600 + VAT at the standard rate:  Total to pay £720.00
