Detailed Description

Access control cards are issued to all students and staff to facilitate the University's open access policy where it is necessary to restrict and monitor access in certain areas.

Where a card is lost/ damaged or stolen the Security Department should be notified immediately at [email protected] in order that the existing card is cancelled and a replacement issued.  A charge of £10.00 is payable for lost or damaged cards.  If your card has been stolen and the police have issued you with a crime reference number the charge is not payable.

When you have made your payment you will receive an email confirming your payment.  You should visit the Security Office in the Ricketts Quadrangle between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday to collect your replacement card.
