Graduates can make a request for a Diploma Supplement (Transcript) for qualifications awarded by Middlesex University after 1993.
If you are a graduate and are not in debt to the University you will be issued with one Diploma Supplement (Transcript) free of charge on completion of your studies. This is sent to your permanent address shortly after publication of results. If you have never received the first free copy of your Diploma Supplement and do not have a debt or hold on your account please call the University UniHelp telephone number +44 (0) 20 8411 6060 (8.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 11.00am to 7.00pm Saturday and Sunday UK time).
If you owe the University money or have a hold on your account you will not be provided with a Diploma Supplement (Transcript) until either the debt has been cleared or the hold lifted. To discuss your concerns, please contact UniHelp on the number above.
